Built in 1913, this mixed use building had suffered from decades of deferred maintenance and was in need of upgrades in order to serve new tenants. This project involved the restoration of the historic storefront and signage, as well as ADA, life safety, and energy efficiency upgrades while maintaing the building’s original character.
