A dilapidated 100 year old house was converted into a commercial tenant space with a patio and deck overlooking Division Street. The former automotive garage in the backyard was converted in spacious, light-filled studio apartments. Both buildings were brought up to current commercial building code standards. A future phase will add PV production to the roof, making this all-electric development a net zero development.
